Judy McPhee LLB (Hons), Accredited Specialist (family law) - Principal
Judy McPhee has over 25 years experience as a solicitor and has been an Accredited Family Law Specialist since 1997. Judy is a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Family Law Specialist Accreditation Committee and is a qualified mediator. She has practised family law throughout Australia and in Brisbane since 1992.

Arlene Stanovitch LLB (Hons) BA (Hons) - Solicitor
Arlene was born in Glasgow Scotland and came to Australia in 1993. Arlene was admitted in 2004 and has practised predominantly in Family Law and is working towards specialist accreditation. She previously worked in the hospitality industry.

Crispian Carlowe LLB B Env Planning - Solicitor

Crispian Carlowe has a dual degree in Law and Environmental Planning. Crispian was admitted in 2008. Before joining us Crispian worked as a research clerk, trainee solicitor and solicitor with a general practice. He enjoys family law and is working towards specialist accreditation.

Kate Clark LLB (Hons), BBehSc, GradDipLP- Solicitor

Kate has a dual degree in Law (with honours) and Behavioural Science (Psychology). Prior to joining McPhee Lawyers Kate was a Legal Associate for the Family Court of Australia and a Legal Officer for the Queensland Law Reform Commission. Whilst completing her tertiary studies Kate also undertook two legal clerkships with Brisbane firms. Kate is a regular volunteer solicitor at Caxton Legal Centre and Women's Legal Services giving advice in Family Law.

Our solicitors are actively involved in continuing legal education.

Jesica Eagles- Full-Time Legal Assistant

Jessica is our full-time legal assistant. She is currently studying for a dual degree in Law and Arts at QUT. Jessica is a Commissioner for Declarations.

Emile McPhee - Part-Time Legal Assistant

Emile is one of our part-time legal assistants. He is currently studying for a dual degree in Law and Science at UQ.

Daniel Hallam - Full-Time Legal Assistant/Accounts

Daniel is our other part-time legal assistant. He is currently studying for a dual degree in Law and Business at QUT.
