Judy McPhee LLB
(Hons), Accredited Specialist (family law) – Principal
Judy McPhee has over 25 years experience as a solicitor and has
been an Accredited Family Law Specialist since 1996. Judy is a member
of the Queensland Law Society’s Family Law Specialist Accreditation
Committee and is a qualified mediator. She has practised family
law throughout Australia and in Brisbane since 1992.
Arlene Stanovitch LLB (Hons) BA (Hons) – Solicitor
Arlene was born in Glasgow Scotland and came to Australia in 1993. Arlene has practised predominantly in Family Law and is working towards specialist accreditation. She previously worked in the hospitality industry.
Our solicitors are actively involved in continuing legal education.
Jessica Eagles - Full-Time Legal Assistant
Jessica is our full-time legal assistant. She is currently studying for a dual degree in Law and Arts at QUT.
Emile McPhee - Part-Time Legal Assistant
Emile is our other part-time legal assistant. He is currently studying for a dual degree in Law and Science at UQ.
